REFUND POLICY

30-day money-back guarantee

Hooper Lab offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Hooper Lab Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of the charge date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Hooper Lab uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record, which means Paddle handles all billing, refunds and related customer support on our behalf. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. Paddle will email you a secure link to your buyer portal where you can manage subscriptions and request refunds.
  2. Alternatively, email us at hooperlabbusinessenquiries@gmail.com with your order details and we will pass your request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

What happens after a refund

When a refund is processed, your Pro subscription is cancelled and Pro features are deactivated on your account. You can continue using free features at any time.

Renewal charges

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel your subscription before the next billing date via paddle.net or your account page. If a renewal charge has already been processed and you would like a refund, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have under your local consumer-protection law (including any right of withdrawal). Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
